AI implementation and process automation for all types of businesses

We bring artificial intelligence into your day-to-day operation: assistants, AI agents and automations that read documents, answer questions and move data between your systems, so your team spends its time where it is really needed.

What implementing AI in a business actually means

Implementing artificial intelligence is not about buying the tool of the moment. It is about taking one concrete process in your business, the one that costs your team the most hours today, and letting AI handle the repetitive part: reading, sorting, summarizing, answering or capturing data.

The result is measured in time: how many requests get answered without waiting, how many documents get processed without typing, and how many hours your team gets back for the work that needs judgment.

What we do

  • Virtual assistants for customer service. They answer common questions on your website or on WhatsApp at any hour, using your business information, and hand the cases that need it to a person.
  • AI agents that get tasks done. They read emails, invoices and forms, extract the data and record it in your system, following the rules we define with you.
  • AI process automation. We connect your systems so information flows on its own: sorting requests, generating reports, drafting replies or flagging what needs attention.
  • AI search across your documents. Your team asks in plain language and finds the answer in your manuals, contracts and policies, with a reference to the original document.
  • AI inside your software. We add AI features to a system you already have, or to one we build with you as custom software.

How we work

  1. Assessment. We review your processes and measure how much time and how many errors each one costs today. We pick the one that can show results fastest.
  2. Proof of concept. We test the AI with your real data, at a small scale, before investing in the whole process. If it does not deliver, you find out early and without overspending.
  3. Integration. We connect the solution to your systems, with permissions, logs of what it does and human review where it matters.
  4. Measurement and improvement. We compare the time a task took before and after, and tune the solution with what your team learns while using it.

When you do not need AI

Not every process needs artificial intelligence. If a task follows fixed rules, traditional automation is usually cheaper, faster and more predictable, and we will tell you so. AI makes sense when there is text, documents or questions that come in a different shape every time.

Security and control

AI works with your business information, so we treat it like any other production system: access only to the data it needs, logs of what it does, review of its output and well-kept infrastructure, as in our cloud and IT consulting service.

Nearshore, so the conversation happens in your day

Our team in Nicaragua works between zero and two hours from continental US time zones, so reviews, questions and planning calls happen during your working day, in English.

Frequently asked questions

Which processes can AI speed up?
Mostly the ones that eat hours of repetitive work with text or documents today: answering common questions, sorting emails and requests, pulling data out of invoices or forms, summarizing information and drafting replies. We start by measuring how long each task takes now, so we know where it pays off.
Do I have to replace my systems to use AI?
Not necessarily. In most cases we connect AI to the tools you already use (your business system, your email, your spreadsheets or WhatsApp) and the rest of your operation stays the same.
What about the privacy of my data?
From the start we define which data the AI uses, where it is processed and who can see it. We choose services and settings that do not use your information to train their models and, where needed, a person reviews the output before it reaches a customer.
How much does AI implementation cost?
It depends on the process and the volume. The development and the use of AI models are charged separately: the models belong to large technology companies outside RedShoe, so their price varies and depends on usage. We estimate it in the proposal, so you know what you will pay before we start.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
We design every solution so mistakes are caught early: rules that check the answers, clear limits on what the AI can do and human review at the steps that matter. AI speeds up the work; the important decisions stay with your team.
