Custom software and SaaS development for all types of businesses

Business systems, SaaS products, APIs and automation that replace spreadsheets and manual work. One bilingual team designs, builds and runs the software your business needs, working in your time zone.

When spreadsheets stop being enough

Most businesses start with a spreadsheet, a notebook and a group chat. It works until it doesn't: two people edit the same file, an order gets lost in a conversation, nobody knows what is in stock, and the one person who understands the system is out for a week.

Custom software is for that moment. It is not only for large companies. It is a way to get the way your business works into a system everyone uses, instead of into the memory of a few people.

What we build

  • Business systems: inventory, invoicing, bookings, orders, customer tracking and the rest of what you handle by hand today.
  • SaaS products: if you have an idea for a subscription product, we design and build it with you.
  • APIs and integrations: connecting your current system with your online store, your accounting or your payments.
  • Automation: repetitive tasks that a person does today and a system can do on its own.

A nearshore team that works your hours

We are a nearshore development team in Central America. For a US business, that means:

  • Overlapping hours. Nicaragua is between zero and two hours from any continental US time zone, so a quick question stays quick.
  • A bilingual team. We discuss your business in English and we are just as comfortable in Spanish, which helps if your customers or partners are in Latin America.
  • Direct conversation. You talk to the people building your software, not to a layer of managers between you and them.

Custom or off-the-shelf

Not every problem needs new software, and we will tell you when it doesn't.

  • If your processes look like those of other businesses, a ready-made product starts faster and costs less up front. The store lists the ones we offer.
  • If your processes are different, or the system is part of what sets you apart, custom software fits you, in exchange for being more careful about what you ask for.

How we work

Every project follows four steps, and the details change with each case:

  1. Discover. We learn your operation and review your systems. Before we start, you get a proposal with a defined scope and price.
  2. Design. We agree with you on the architecture, the screens and the work plan before any product code.
  3. Build. Depending on the project, you see the work as it moves forward; for highly custom projects, we send drafts of what we have so far.
  4. Deploy. We train your team and keep supporting the system (from US$ 15 per month or US$ 100 per year), or we hand over everything documented.

What we have already built

Two of our own systems show the kind of work we do:

  • Gastroshoe, a SaaS for restaurants that organizes tables, orders and the kitchen. You can try its demo and read the case.
  • Rent-a-Car, a system for vehicle rental businesses, with its demo and its case.

Frequently asked questions

How much does custom software cost?
It depends on the scope, and two systems that look alike can need very different work. That is why we don't publish project rates. Before we start you get a proposal with a defined scope and price, which you can compare with others.
How long does a project take?
It depends on what has to be built, and the proposal spells it out. Depending on the project, you see the work as it moves forward: for highly custom work, we send you drafts of what we have so far, so you are not waiting until the end to see something working.
What happens after launch?
You can choose ongoing support and improvement, or a clean handover with documentation and a trained team. Ongoing support has a monthly fee, starting at US$ 15 per month or US$ 100 per year. We agree on it at the start, not afterward.
Do you work with US companies?
Yes. Our team works from Nicaragua, 0 to 2 hours from any continental US time zone, in English and Spanish. We work with businesses in the US, Central America and Latin America.
Can I see how your software works before deciding?
Yes. We have interactive demos of our own systems, such as Gastroshoe and Rent-a-Car, and the store lists the products that already exist.
