Cloud, DevOps and IT consulting for all types of businesses

Infrastructure, deployment, maintenance and IT consulting to keep your systems running. We put your software in the cloud, automate how it gets released and look after it afterward.

Systems nobody looks after

A system that works today is not guaranteed to work tomorrow. Servers need updates, certificates expire, backups have to be tested and the libraries a program depends on get old. When nobody takes care of that, the system fails on an important day.

This service is for businesses that already have systems running and want them stable, or that have nobody to manage them.

What we do

  • Cloud migration. We move a system that runs on its own server, or on a poorly maintained one, to cloud infrastructure built to last.
  • Automated deployment. Releasing a new version is a repeatable, tested process, not a manual task people dread.
  • Ongoing maintenance. Updates, monitoring and backups for your system in production.
  • Technical review. A look at your infrastructure and systems, with written recommendations.
  • IT consulting. Help choosing technology before you start a project, and understanding what each vendor really offers.

What happens in a technical review

A technical review is a good first step when you are not sure what shape your system is in:

  1. We talk with the people who use it and the people who run it.
  2. We look at where it runs, how it is released, how it is backed up and how it is protected.
  3. You get a written report with what we found, how risky each finding is and what we recommend doing first.

The report is yours. You can ask us to fix what it finds, or take it to another provider.

How we work

  1. Discover. We learn about your systems and what you need. You get a proposal with a defined scope and price.
  2. Design. We define the infrastructure and the change plan before touching anything in production.
  3. Build. Depending on the project, you see the work as it moves forward; for highly custom projects, we send drafts of what we have so far.
  4. Deploy. We leave everything running, with monitoring and ongoing support, or with a documented handover.

Nearshore, so the conversation happens in your day

Our team in Nicaragua works between zero and two hours from continental US time zones, so reviews, questions and planning calls happen during your working day, in English. How fast we respond to an incident is something we agree on in the proposal for each system.

An example of what we do

To see how we approach this kind of project, read the scenario cloud migration for an accounting system. It is a typical case, not a real client, and the page says so.

Frequently asked questions

Can you take over a system you did not build?
In many cases, yes. We start with a technical review to understand where it stands: where it runs, how it is backed up, how secure it is and what risks it carries. Then we tell you what we recommend and how much work it involves.
What does a technical review include?
A look at your infrastructure and your systems, and a written report of what we found and what we recommend, ordered by importance, so you can decide what to do first.
What is automated deployment and why does it matter?
It means releasing a new version of your system is a repeatable, tested process instead of a series of manual steps someone does from memory. It reduces mistakes and lets you improve the system without fear.
Do you offer monthly maintenance?
Yes, you can agree on ongoing maintenance for a system in production: updates, monitoring and backups. It is defined in the proposal according to what your system needs.
